Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if there is an error on our part or a defect in the product, please contact us within 4 business days of receiving your order to discuss a resolution. Any such issue will be subject to approval and may result in a replacement product or credit towards a future purchase. Please note that a return of 100% of the product is required for us to evaluate and determine the appropriate solution.
